The final boss

We’re almost half-way through December and the project will start soon. Along with everyday life, chores, holiday festivities and obligations there’s room for one final game from the AAA-library. It was with great care that this game was selected, it has an amazing pedigree and everyone consulted says it’s as great, if not greater, than the first instalment, which is a game that may have been the biggest sleeper-hit of all time, Batman: Arkham Asylum.

It’s a gamer’s game. The controls are tight, it’s beautiful looking, sounds effects and music is great, story and characters are compelling, and the difficulty is spot on. And the sequel is, from all accounts, just as good, if not better. So the choice of the final game before the project starts fell on Batman: Arkham City. That’s called going out on a high note.
